DFW Improved their ride with a little help from Autoflex

In late 2010 my partners and I decided to make a purchase of three new pick-ups for our construction company DFW Improved. As these were going to be our personal, everyday drivers, the selection of the vehicles was critical to the three of us.

Our initial search at several dealerships locally proved to be a waste of our time. Although we thought buying three trucks equipped to the level we required would command some serious attention, it didn’t seem that the salesmen we talked to shared our view.

That is when we picked up the phone and called Autoflex. They delivered a test model to our offices within 24 hours, sat down and made a complete list of the equipment package necessities and went to work finding our trucks. The fact that we wanted three identical trucks and didn’t want to order new from the factory made it an even taller order.

Within just a few days they had the trucks in town, detailed and delivered to us. They even brought a Ford rep out to give me an orientation upon delivery. Autoflex handled all the paperwork and made multiple trips to our office to collect signatures and handle all the red tape associated with buying three new trucks through our company.

Minor questions after the sale have been handled quickly and Autoflex Commerical Rep. has been extremely responsive to every request. He even had the windows tinted and got the bedliners sprayed in for us.

Needless to say his level of service and commitment to us as clients has been a far more enjoyable experience than sitting in a dealership and wasting an entire Saturday and has earned them our referrals and our customer loyalty for future vehicles.
